.NET Domains

When the Dot NET generic top-level domain extension was first established in 1985, along with the first domain name extensions on the web, it was intended to be used by Internet Service Providers or infrastructure organizations. As there were no special terms about the usage of the top-level domain extension, though, .NET domains were secured and used for various purposes and by scores of people. This extension represents a wonderful substitution for .COM, particularly if the desired domain with the latter TLD is not available for registration.

Ordering a .NET domain name with our firm is a piece of cake and takes merely a couple of minutes, taking into account that we work with an ICANN-certified registrar. You can grab such a domain for a period between one and ten years, or, if you already have a domain, you can transfer it to our firm and we will renew it as soon as the transfer process is finished. Transfers are available for all domain names, which are at least 60 days old, provided that they are not locked and that you have an EPP transfer key – security measures set up by the Registry organization to prevent unauthorized transfers. You can easily edit the WHOIS info of the domain through your Control Panel interface, or, if you wouldn't like this info to be public at all, you can add a Whois Privacy Protection service, so nobody will be able to obtain your true contact information.

The dot NET top-level domain supports internationalized names, so you can pick if you want to aim at a particular country or area using a domain name in the local language, or the global web community – using a generic English name.

The Domain Manager interface is an essential part of the Web Hosting Control Panel. As such, it is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly and uncomplicated for both experienced site owners and hosting newbies. It gives you the full set of domain controls, which means that you will get full control of your domain name's DNS and WHOIS settings. It also will help you to control many domain names from the same location effortlessly - you aren't limited to just a single domain per Control Panel.

And, when you have a hosting account here, you're able to perform both web site administration as well as domain name management tasks. It's not necessary to sign in to other Control Panels or change interfaces.
